Shipping With Moose Vinyl
We’ve taken care of everything.
Once your vinyl sells on our marketplace, Moose will send you a mailer kit called a “Moose Mailer.”
Inside is everything you’ll need to package and ship your record to its new home.
Once the buyer receives their package, Moose releases the sale proceeds to your user account.

Moose Vinyl will send you a corrugated cardboard mailer kit called a “Moose Mailer”
Inside, you’ll find everything you need to package and ship your record.

Inside your mailer box, you’ll find a pre-paid shipping label for your buyer.
Put the new label overtop of the old label already affixed to the box.
This will ensure that the package is now going to your buyer.

Inside the box, you’ll find an adhesive strip long enough to seal your box.
Package the record for your buyer and seal the package with the provided adhesive.

Once you’re package is ready to ship, drop the package off at he counter of your nearest post office.
Be sure to collect a drop off receipt!

Inside the box, you may find a 45rpm record; this is a gift for selling with Moose Vinyl. Keep it, share it, send it to your buyer.
Whatever you like!
Additionally, you’ll find a protective sleeve. Put the record into the sleeve to protect it for the buyer.
If the sleeve doesn’t fit, just forward it on to the buyer.
